I’m so glad you’re here!

I’ll be sharing my thoughts on physical therapy, yoga, creating ritual and meditation in hopes of empowering you on your own health and wellness journey.

Trust your own intuition when it comes to moving your body. With evidence-based practices based on my 3-decade career in physical therapy, my goal is to create content with a solid background in science while exploring my newfound study of yoga, meditation, and ritual practice that you can incorporate into your own routine. I hope you’ll join me on this path.

This newsletter will be infused with my thoughts on incorporating physical therapy techniques, yoga asana, meditation and ritual into your daily routine while helping you heal your body as a result of injury, surgery or repetitive strain. With a concentration in orthopedic physical therapy throughout my years of practice, I will guide you in movement practices to address strength and mobility. My goal is to encourage curiosity about how your body works so that you can use therapeutic interventions, yoga, and meditation to achieve your goals.

Please remember to check with your medical provider before you start any new exercise activity. The information here is not a substitute for medical care. I invite you to explore how these practices feel for you, but they are not medical advice.
