Recently, I wrote a newsletter including an asana practice for the neck and upper back. Here it is for reference: Asana practice for the neck and upper back. This week, I’d like to share the same sequence with different verbal cueing to focus on the lower body. I think it’s interesting to take one sequence but use it to explore different parts of our selves. Over time, as a sequence becomes familiar, you can then make it your own and allow it to serve you in your own unique way determined by what you feel you need at any given moment. This sequence can be practiced with or without props and with or without a chair.
