This week’s post will be short, but I’m including an audio yoga practice for this week with a focus on the neck and upper back. It’s a great practice to help combat the tightness we might experience after working at a desk, scrolling on devices, traveling, or driving. I’m also including a stick figure “map” of the poses as well. There will be 2 poses side-by-side so that you can pick which one feels best to you. One is a pose without a chair and one is with a chair. But, there will be only one audio to go along with the sequence. I hope you give it a try! I’m going to play around with this sequence over the next few posts, and what that means is that it will be the same sequence, but I will give different cues so that you can have different variations of practice within a sequence.
