Yoga sequence with focus on your lower back
Asana with movement in all ranges of motion for your lumbar spine
This is a continuation of using the same yoga asana sequence but with different cueing to focus on areas of the body that may need attention. I’ve previously posted 2 other audio recordings using this same sequence. One focuses on the Neck and upper back while the other recording focuses on the Lower body. Today’s audio will focus on bringing attention and awareness to the lower back. This sequence can be done with or without props and with or without a chair. I hope you enjoy it.
