For the next few weeks, this page may look a little different. I will still be creating weekly content, but I want to add in a little more yoga and pranayama to help integrate some of the information I have shared.
I will be sending out an audio recording of a practice with a simple written instruction page. I am very excited about showing up in this way and would love for you to join me!
The practices will include yoga asana, meditation/pranayama practice, mobility practice and strengthening. These practices will stay here, so that you can access them anytime.
If you know anyone who might like to try these practices, please share this post with them, so they will get updates as the practices are released.
